Debtors who file bankruptcy in Lancaster County file their bankruptcy cases in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The Bankruptcy Court appoints a Chapter 7 Trustee from Lancaster County to administer the case. All Chapter 13 cases in the Eastern District are administered by the Chapter 13 Trustee.
