Outstanding Lawyer for Bankruptcy and Estate Planning

I contacted Attorney Diefenderfer after our family found itself in a difficult financial position. He guided us through out options and what would make the best financial sense moving forward. His ability to think broadly and about what would work best in our filing was what was most important. Prior to filing he met with us to discuss the broad based issues that would effect our credit and our finances. He guided us through the filing paperwork and sat with us during the meeting of creditors. He successfully reaffirmed our auto loan and he has guided us regarding our housing situation. In short, Brent and his team have been a god-send during a very difficult time in our lives and we are in the process of exiting bankruptcy with a far more positive view of our credit and our spending. I happened upon Brent Diefenderfer after a junk debt collection agency served me with a legal notice via sheriff. I realized at that point, due to several other outstanding debts I could not catch up on, I needed to seek legal advice. By pure coincidence, an uncle of a good friend also recommended Brent as well, since he had excellent results in his case. Brent has been very helpful in every manner, including one particularly aggressive creditor who continued to harass me (and even Brent) even after I filed. Although the cost, in my case, may have been a bit more than anticipated (due to harassing creditor), I believe it would have been a much greater cost if I had the wrong attorney (or none at all). Brent has done his absolute best throughout the case and has been quite knowledgeable of all details. I would definitely recommend him.
