Brent is a bankruptcy attorney representing clients throughout central Pennsylvania including York, Lancaster, Harrisburg and Gettysburg. Brent is certified as a Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification and is one of only 25 attorneys in Pennsylvania to hold this designation.

Brent advises clients on implementing debt reduction strategies that are appropriate to their unique situation, including Bankruptcy under Chapter 7, Chapter 13 or Chapter 11, Creditor’s Rights and Non-Bankruptcy Debt Reduction Strategies. His bankruptcy practice has saved dozens of clients’ homes and cars from foreclosure and repossession, has resolved burdensome tax obligations, and has given Hundreds of Clients a “fresh start” and debt-free future. Brent has authored over 60 Articles on Bankruptcy and Debt Restructuring related topics.

Prior to joining CGA Law Firm, Brent served as an active-duty Army Officer and Judge Advocate (JAG) Attorney advising senior military officers on complex legal issues and litigating contested jury trials as a Trial Defense Counsel. In 2005, Brent deployed for a year to Iraq in support of Operation Iraq Freedom as part of the elite 101st Airborne Division “Screaming Eagles.”

During college, Brent spent his junior year studying abroad in Spain as part of a total language immersion program. This assists him now in representing clients who prefer a Spanish Speaking Attorney.

When not representing clients, Brent enjoys spending time with his children, DIY projects, wood working, physical fitness, hiking, sporting clays and archery.
